Marsha Caddle is a social development professional and parliamentarian whose work is rooted in inclusion, equity, and opportunity for vulnerable and marginalised communities.
She holds academic qualifications in development and social policy and has spent much of her professional life working in social development, research, and advocacy, with a particular focus on poverty reduction, gender equity, and community empowerment.
Since entering Parliament, she has been a consistent voice on social protection, disability inclusion, education access, and human-centred policy. Her work reflects a belief that development must be measured not only by economic growth, but by how effectively it improves everyday life for those most in need.
In St. Michael South Central, Marsha is known for her steady presence and community-focused approach, engaging residents on issues affecting families, seniors, and young people. Her leadership style is thoughtful, evidence-based, and grounded in service.
She continues to advocate for policies that strengthen social systems and ensure dignity, access, and opportunity for all Barbadians.
